“How to Live Your Mission and Goals”
The Story: A midsize organization with offices in different locations lacked alignment across the organization.
Results: Through a retreat with leaders, we helped the organization clarify the vision and mission and how they wanted to live it. We created and managed a group to embed it into the organization. We used multiple approaches to align the organization’s 10-year strategies to their mission and vision.
Follow-up: We continue to support their organization through a variety of cultural improvement initiatives, including leadership coaching and culture team guidance.

The Story: A large organization needed stronger leadership from middle management.
Results: We created and developed a 6-month leadership development program for managers of all levels of the organization. This broke down silos and improved leadership performance. We aligned the leadership program with the mission and values and created a common language across the organization.
Follow-up: Participants are using what they learned in the leadership development program to improve performance across the organization.
